Privacy Policy — Digital Art Collectibles

Digital Art Collectibles ("we", "our", "us") is an iOS app for browsing and tracking digital collectibles. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.

1. Data We Collect

• Wallet address: If you use VIP Wallet, the Solana address you enter is stored on your device so it can be reloaded later.
• Local preferences: Favourites, UI settings, and similar choices stored on your device.
• Push notifications: If you allow notifications, a device push token may be registered with our notification service so we can send updates.
• Purchases: VIP / Premium is sold through Apple. Apple processes payment. We receive subscription status via Apple (StoreKit) so the app can unlock VIP features. We do not see your full payment card details.
• Accounts: The app does not require a separate account with us.

2. How Data Is Used

• To show collection listings, marketplace activity, and related public on-chain data.
• To load NFTs for a wallet address you choose (VIP).
• To restore VIP access after reinstall or device change (via Apple).
• To deliver optional push notifications you have enabled.

3. Data Storage

Wallet address, favourites, and UI preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. Push tokens may be stored on our servers only to deliver notifications. We do not sell your data.

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses third-party services to provide core features, including Apple (App Store / In-App Purchase), blockchain data providers (for example Solana RPC services), and marketplace APIs (for example Magic Eden). Those services have their own privacy terms.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share personal data for advertising. Public blockchain data requested by the app is retrieved from third-party endpoints as part of normal app use. Purchase and subscription information is handled by Apple.

6. Your Choices

• Clear local app data by deleting the app.
• Stop using a wallet address by clearing it in the app or deleting the app.
• Disable push notifications in iOS Settings.
• Manage or cancel VIP in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via Manage subscription in the app.
